What is included in a branding project?

Each project starts with its own assessment of your brand, audience and market. A senior team leads the work, and on your side one contact person is enough.

  1. Discovery and positioning

We work out what your brand stands for and who it speaks to. Then we put the core message and what sets you apart into words.

  2. Logo from three custom concepts

We start with three logo concepts made for your brand. You choose one, and we refine it with you until it fits your company.

  3. Colors, typography and brand details

The color palette, typefaces and graphic details make up your visual identity and carry the personality of your brand.

  4. Rebranding with a guided transition

If your business has moved on and the brand stayed behind, we reshape the visual identity and guide you through the switch.

  5. Materials for everyday use

Social media post templates, merchandise, email signatures and slide decks in the new look, so your brand looks the same everywhere.

  6. Brand book and guidelines

All elements and usage rules in one brand book. Your team and outside partners use it to keep the brand consistent.

Bajorų alėjos, EIKA Group

Bajorų alėjos is a growing neighborhood in Vilnius by EIKA Group. Before its next development stage, we refreshed the logo, brand details and guidelines with a modern, welcoming look. We carried the style over to social media, where most of its communication happens, and to a new website.

Day2Day

Day2Day entered the online CBD oil market as a newcomer. We handled logo, branding and packaging design from the start, then the website. With every part in one team, the design language stayed consistent and the brand looked credible from the first day.

How a branding project runs

Five steps lead from discovery to the finished brand book. Each step ends with a result you comment on, and we discuss it by video call. We set the timeline with you once the scope is clear.

  1. Project start

    Discovery

We learn your brand's values and goals and gather insights into your audience and market.

Your part: Fill in the questionnaire, share existing materials

  2. After discovery

    Vision alignment

We align the brand with your business goals and your customers' expectations, and define the core message.

Your part: Review the core message and give feedback

  3. After alignment

    Fundamentals

We develop the logo from three concepts, then the color palette, typography and brand details.

Your part: Choose a logo concept, comment on the drafts

  4. After the logo

    Additional materials

We apply the new identity to social media post templates, merchandise, email signatures and slide decks.

Your part: List the materials you need

  5. Project end

    Brand book and guidelines

We compile every element and rule into one brand book with brand standards and usage rules.

Your part: Approve the brand book, share it with your partners

What does branding cost at Rekos?

Price

BOOK A FIRST CALL

The price depends on what your brand needs. A logo for a new company is less work than a rebrand that must keep what customers already recognize, as with InNet. The number of materials counts too, and so does a website that follows.

In the first call we go through your goals, the materials you need and the style you have in mind. Then you receive a personal quote, with a timeline that fits your plans.

What sets the price

New brand or rebrand
A rebrand has to keep what customers already know about you. That takes extra care.
Logo only or full identity
A logo alone is a smaller job than a full identity with colors, typography and a brand book.
Number of materials
Each template, slide deck or merchandise item is designed on its own. More materials mean more work.
Website in the same project
If the new brand also needs a website, we design and build it in the same project.

Who Rekos is a good fit for, and who not

Rekos is a good fit if

  • Your business has moved on and your brand no longer shows what you do.
  • You are launching a company or product and need a logo, colors and typography from the start.
  • Your team and partners need clear rules so the brand looks the same everywhere.

Rekos is a weaker fit if

  • You need meetings on site. We work remotely from Vilnius.
  • You need a logo within days. We take the time to get the fundamentals right.
  • You want a logo without any research. Every project starts with discovery.

What Swiss companies should settle before branding

Rekos is based in Vilnius and has no office in Switzerland. We work with Swiss clients remotely. Two questions are worth settling before the first logo sketch.

  • 22.6%of the population name French as main language (2024)Source: BFS
  • 12%of residents have no national language as main languageSource: BFS
  • 63%of the population use more than one language every weekSource: BFS

A brand for several languages

Decide early which languages your brand has to work in. According to the Federal Statistical Office, 61.1% of the population name German as a main language, 22.6% French and 7.8% Italian (2024, more than one answer possible).

A name or tagline that works in German can sound odd in French. Test the core message in every language you sell in, and pick typefaces that carry French and Italian accents. Settle this before the fundamentals are designed, so the brand book can cover each language.

Working together by video

We do not offer meetings on site. The first call, workshops and presentations run by video, and you comment on drafts directly in shared design files. Vilnius is one hour ahead of Switzerland.

Since February 2023 we have worked for “Journal to mySelf” by Trae Astrit Musollaj from Wil SG, on the website, design and logo. An IT services company from Magdeburg and a research project in Vienna have also reviewed us on Clutch.

LET'S TALK

How much does a branding project cost?

It depends on the scope, so you get a personal quote after the first call. A logo for a new company costs less than a rebrand with a brand book and many materials. For the quote we look at your goals, the materials you need and your style. Get in touch to book the call.

How long does a branding project take?

That depends on complexity and scope. Once we know what you need, we set a realistic timeline with you. Logo, colors and typography set the tone for your website, ads and social media. Better to take the time to get them right than to regret them six months later.

What do I get at the end of the project?

A complete visual identity that reflects your culture and what sets you apart. It covers logo, color palette, typography, brand details and the materials you ordered, documented in a brand book with guidelines. If you also need a website, our UI/UX design and website development teams build it in the same project.

How does the logo design process work?

We start with three custom concepts based on what we learned about your brand in discovery. You choose one, and we refine it together until it represents your company. The chosen logo then sets the base for colors, typography and every other material.

Can you rebrand an existing company?

Yes. Sometimes a business moves on and the brand no longer shows what it does or where it is strong. Then we reshape the visual identity and guide you through the change. For InNet we modernized the brand and kept the recognition it had already built.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

Companies from many industries, in more than 200 projects. We look at each one on its own and base the design on the research phase, from real estate to IT services and e-commerce. In Switzerland, we built the website and designed the logo for “Journal to mySelf” from Wil SG.
