We improved DotYeti’s internal dashboard by thoroughly analyzing its existing system and identifying pain points. We did Q&A’s with their designers, project managers, and Co-Founders. After gathering the data, we revealed all the problems we had to solve. Based on this analysis, we developed a new design that was more user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient. We also implemented new features and functionalities that improved the overall usability of the dashboard, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency for DotYeti’s workers.
