This page explains how our content is written, who approves it, where numbers and quotes come from and how to report an error to us.
The rules on this page apply to our English and German pages in this format on rekos.agency: the service, city and guide pages, the locations page and this page. Everything here describes how we actually work.
The first draft is written with AI
We write the first drafts of our content with the help of AI. It helps us structure a page and draft the first wording. We never take prices, numbers, quotes or details about clients from a draft without checking them.
Who is responsible
Domantas Vanagas, CEO of Rekos, is responsible for all content. The pages are published with his approval and under his name. On our service pages and guides, his name appears in the “About this text” box at the end of the page, together with a note that AI assisted with the writing. The approval is internal. There is no review by a third party.
How we check prices, numbers and quotes
Before a page goes live, we check every price, every number and every quote against its source:
- reviews and client quotes against our profile on Clutch,
- project details against our own project pages,
- numbers about Switzerland against publications from public statistics offices, such as the Federal Statistical Office.
On prices, we only state what is fixed: projects from CHF 1,000. You get the exact price in a personal quote after the first call. Where we use public figures, the page shows the source with a link and the date we accessed it.
Client quotes and numbers
We take client quotes word for word from reviews on Clutch. Our English pages show the original wording. On our German pages we translate the quotes into German and mark them as translations. Name, role and date come from the review itself. Anyone who left an anonymous review there stays anonymous on our pages too.
We do not make up numbers. If we cannot back something up, we do not write it.
What “Last updated” means
We only change the date at the top of a page when its content changes, for example with a new price, new numbers or a new section. Fixed typos and small wording changes do not move the date.
Report an error
If you find an error on one of our pages, such as an outdated number or a quote we got wrong, email us at info@rekos.agency. We check every report and correct the page if the report holds up. If that changes the content, we update the date as well.
