What sets the price
Rekos is based in Vilnius, and we have no office in Switzerland. We work with Swiss clients online. Before the first draft, settle these three questions.
If your website collects personal data, for example through a contact form or an analytics tool, you have to inform visitors beforehand. The revised Federal Act on Data Protection, in force since 1 September 2023, requires this. According to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), this includes your contact details, the purpose and any recipients. Unlike under the EU GDPR, you also have to name the countries the data is sent to.

Decide on your languages before the design. According to the Federal Statistical Office, 61.1% of the population name German as their main language, 22.6% French and 7.8% Italian (2024, more than one answer possible).
A trades business in German-speaking Switzerland can often get by with German alone. If you also sell in French-speaking Switzerland or Ticino, you need French or Italian. Menus need enough room in every language, and each version gets its own URLs for search engines.
We do not offer meetings in person. The first call, workshop and presentation happen over video call, and you comment on drafts in the design file. Vilnius is one hour ahead of Switzerland.
