Nord Security
Millions of people use the website of Nord Security, the company behind NordVPN. We won the redesign project even though the company has its own design teams.
View the projectWe’re a UX agency in Vilnius that designs websites and digital products for businesses in Switzerland, starting at CHF 1,000. First we find out who uses your website and what for. From that we create wireframes, then the UI design with a design system. On Clutch we’re rated 4.9 out of 5 based on 26 reviews (as of 26 Sep 2026).
LET'S TALKYou can book the full process, from analysis to finished interface, or just the part your team is missing, such as an audit.
We analyze your market and competitors and use personas and user journeys to describe what your users want.
Before any color goes in, we decide what belongs on each page. This is where changes cost the least.
We design every page for phone, tablet and desktop. Where it suits the project, we draw custom illustrations.
We document every component, so your team can build new pages without the design losing its consistency.
We show where users get stuck today and give recommendations your team can put into practice.
We test designs with users or in focus groups and change whatever doesn’t work before launch.

DotYeti connects businesses with creative talent from around the world. The new design was in use from day one. After that, we built a design system that design and development both work with.

Big data company Ultra Tendency targets developers. For them we chose a dark design and drew every illustration specifically for the brand.

“They delivered on time, were very communicative, and adjusted per feedback.”
“The initial discovery meeting was very pleasant and efficient with good questions from their side.”
From the initial review to handover, you see work in progress and have a say. That way, wrong assumptions surface as early as the wireframe stage.
At the start
We clarify goals and weak spots and use workshops to describe who uses your website.
Your part: Fill in a questionnaire, join the workshops
Before the UI design
We organize the content and show the structure and logic of each page, still without color.
Your part: Feedback on structure and content
After the wireframes
You pick one of three design concepts. We use it to design all screens and the design system.
Your part: Feedback in short rounds
Before development
We test the designs, with focus groups if needed, and rework whatever slows users down.
Your part: Customer contacts for testing, if possible
At the end
We prepare the components for development and support the build.
Your part: Decide whether your team or ours does the development
UI/UX projects start at CHF 1,000. On the first call, we go through your sitemap or product scope, goals and style. The scope also depends on whether your team or ours builds the designs. After that, you get a tailored quote. If you don’t know yet how much redesign you need, start with an audit. It shows where users get stuck today.
What sets the price
In Swiss projects, data protection and multiple languages belong in the wireframe, not just in the build. Our team works from Vilnius.
Art. 7 FADP requires privacy-friendly default settings (“privacy by default”). According to the FDPIC, the Swiss data protection authority, these defaults should only process the data that is needed until users allow more. So whether a checkbox comes pre-ticked is a design decision.
In the wireframe we plan the consent dialog and cut form fields you don’t need. Information about data processing has to be easy to access, according to the FDPIC, so it gets a fixed place in the layout. This is not legal advice.
According to the Federal Statistical Office, 63 percent of people in Switzerland use more than one language at least once a week. Menus, buttons and headings have to work in every language version, even when the translation runs longer.
We give components enough room and test them early with real copy instead of placeholder text. The language switcher gets a fixed place.
Workshops run by video, and you comment on designs directly in shared design files. We don’t have an office in Switzerland.
In the DACH region, we’ve been reviewed on Clutch by “Journal to mySelf” from Wil, St. Gallen, and an IT company from Magdeburg. We also created the visual design for a biomedical imaging research project in Vienna in 2022.

Projects start at CHF 1,000. The price depends on how many pages or screens there are, how much research is needed and whether usability tests are included. After the first call, you get a tailored quote.
A UX audit also starts at CHF 1,000. The price depends on how many pages and user flows we review and whether a workshop is added. You get concrete recommendations that your team or ours can act on right away.
For a complete website, we plan for 4 to 6 weeks. An app with many screens, several rounds of testing and a fully built-out design system takes longer. Quick feedback from your team saves the most time.
It shows how we would design your project before you hire us. That tells you more than any portfolio, because it is about your own project. We’ll go over exactly what the concept includes on the first call.
UX design sets the structure and flows of a website. UI design decides how it looks, from colors and fonts to buttons. We do both together, because a beautiful interface is of little use if visitors can’t find the contact button.
Yes, with our own development team. After launch, we help when problems come up, install updates and design new pages when you need them. You don’t have to look for a second agency.
